About EMPOWER Project
COVID-19 has brought widespread changes to the lives and livelihoods of young women entrepreneurs across all over Europe. The compounded pressures related to public health, the economy, and the policy environment under COVID-19 have created a great deal of both personal and business uncertainty. These pressures are compounded by the substantial uncertainty about future changes in each of these domains. This is exactly where the EMPOWER project steps up and suggests a viable and innovative solution: the development of a new innovative form of training content that will empower young women who intend to improve their skills in order to reach top positions in the labor market from an entrepreneurial perspective, and young disadvantaged women who, due to problems in their lives, did not have the opportunity to train as they wished, to develop, enhance and improve their employability skills and competences and, therefore, to improve their competitiveness within the labor marketand promoting competitiveness, economic diversification, the sustainable development and job creation.
