Result 1: Plan of Empower Strategy

"EMPOWER action plan will develop a strategy on transversal and technical competences the labour market ask young women: the proposal will be based on a real and proper needs analysis. The objective is to create a strategy to improve women's learning and consequently their social entrepreneurship skills, IT and green competences."

Result 2: Training Contents Development & Empower E-Learning Platform

The purpose is to create and develop an online platform with innovative training material and best practice techniques in order to train and empower young women involved in the project by providing them with the right tools to navigate the post-Covid19 entrepreneurial labour market.The EMPOWER platform will be designed to include stimulating tools, activities and features such as gamification and social engagement exercises as well as a chat forum aiming to create an international and interactive online network, thus allowing participants to create a sense of community and connectivity.
